STEP 1- My Orders

To start, please open your completed results, (go to My Orders, Order Search and open the desired order). Click the "Action Item button", and select Create New Test.

*Click the "blue" wrench button to edit the strain.

*In the small gray box, choose the desired strain and select or deselect the appropriate probes.

*In the larger gray box, select which samples you'd like to test. (If any are controls, please select the check box under the "Control Result" column.)

*Once you have selected the desired samples, please click the "green" save check box.

*Repeat steps for all additional changes to your order.

STEP 2- Order Details

Here you can review your order, choose your service level, and add payment information.

To finish, click the green "Submit Order" button. You're all set!
