The Transnetyx genotyping process is fully automated and utilizes real-time PCR. Our system is state-of-the-art; no human being ever touches your sample. Our liquid handling robots are programmed to do the pipetting and our LIMS analyzes the results by checking over 70 quality assurance values for each sample. We check for DNA yield to ensure a good isolation. We quantify the probe, the master mix and the DNA in the final real-time PCR reaction plate. All of the values are compared to expected values and outliers are flagged and integrated into our custom built results analysis software.
