Follow these instructions in order to share a strain from your account with another Transnetyx user.

Log in to quickorder.transnetyx.com; go to the 'My Strains' menu and select 'Strain Sharing.'

Enter the strain or probe name and click 'Search My Strains.’

Check the box next to the strain(s) to be shared. For multiple strains, click the main box under 'Share' to choose all. Once selected, click the “Queue Strains” button.

Enter the email address of the user the strains will be shared with, or choose the sub-user’s name in your lab if a drop down menu appears; then click 'Queue Email Address.'

Click 'Share Strains' to complete.

Once strain sharing is complete, the recipient can access the shared strain(s) by logging into their account and selecting “My Strains.”

The shared strain should appear at the top of the page under “Strain Sharing.” Check the box next to the strain name and click “Accept Selected Strains.”
