Transnetyx real-time PCR technology is specifically designed to detect genotypes from tissue samples. 

However, we understand that there will be times where the DNA has already been extracted from a sample you will need tested. 

In instances where tissue is not available, we accept extracted genomic DNA. 

Please be aware that due to the high throughput automated nature of our system, we are unable to bypass our DNA isolation step. We sometimes have trouble obtaining adequate DNA yields when processing already extracted DNA. 

Please send a minimum of 50ul of 30-50ng/ul sample in the red 96-well plate found in the liquid collection kit, frozen overnight and sent to us on dry ice to avoid leakage during transit.
