You will see the status of each strain in several places in your account including the Strains, Orders, and Results pages. Please carefully consider the result received for each probe and the strain as a whole before you approve a strain. If you have not approved your assay and are not confident that you or someone from the lab sent controls, please feel free to send them at that time.

When placing your order, you can mark up to 6 controls, free of charge, for this purpose. Please note that it is appreciated to only use the free control feature when actually sending controls, so we can continue to offer this valuable service to our customers.
