Transnetyx is making a change to our international shipping process. In an effort to improve punctuality and reliability of shipments, we have met with FedEx leadership to make an upgrade in the process, incorporating Electronic Trade Documents. This change will contribute to an improved, more reliable service and we believe it will greatly benefit you and your overall experience using Transnetyx.

Beginning Tuesday 10 September, we ask you to:

Print.

Print ALL required documentation on the day of shipment.

Pack.

Fold the required documentation with the barcode faced in the upward position and place inside the clear pouch.

Ship.

Ship your package to Transnetyx using the printed shipping label.

The use of Electronic Trade Documents (ETD's) will smooth the shipping process internationally and also for United States Customs. Currently, your shipping process includes lengthy physical documents packaged with materials that require a signature to ship. By adding ETD's, all documentation will become electronic, allowing for a more reliable, efficient shipping process. As we stated above, we are confident that this change will improve your overall experience. This new process will begin rollout on Tuesday 10 September, 2019.

This change will allow us to reduce the number of international documents from 12 pages to only a few, significantly improving the environmental footprint! Most importantly, it will improve your experience and prove our commitment to you. As always, we want to thank you for all that you do. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to [email protected] or dial us at +1 888 321 2113 for someone to personally assist you.
